Sunny citrus, cool mint, crisp eucalyptus, and a soft coconut finish make this perfume roller feel like a fresh ocean breeze in your pocket. This blend is designed for small-area use as a natural perfume, applied to pulse points when you want a bright, clean, vacation-inspired scent.

Ingredients
4 drops Lime, steam distilled Citrus aurantifolia
4 drops Grapefruit Citrus paradisi
3 drops Tangerine Citrus reticulata
3 drops Spearmint Mentha spicata
1 drop Eucalyptus Eucalyptus globulus
1 drop Coconut CO2 Cocos nucifera
Carrier oil of choice, enough to fill a 10 ml roller bottle
Why These Oils Work So Well Together
Lime, steam distilled brings a sparkling, zesty top note that makes the blend smell clean, bright, and cheerful. Because this recipe uses steam-distilled lime, it is a safer choice for a leave-on perfume than cold-pressed lime, which is commonly associated with phototoxicity concerns.
Grapefruit adds a juicy, uplifting citrus aroma that gives the blend its breezy, beach-day personality. It pairs beautifully with lime and tangerine for a bright, refreshing opening.
Tangerine softens the citrus profile with a sweet, sunny note. Its gentle, fruity character helps round out the sharper edges of lime and grapefruit.
Spearmint brings a cool, crisp lift that keeps the perfume from feeling too sweet. It adds freshness and bridges the juicy citrus notes with the sharper, airy quality of eucalyptus.
Eucalyptus adds a clean, breezy note that gives the blend an ocean-air feeling. Used at just one drop, it brings a refreshing herbal edge without overpowering the citrus, spearmint, and coconut.
Coconut CO2 gives the blend its soft tropical base note. It adds a creamy, beachy impression that helps the citrus, spearmint, and eucalyptus feel more like a finished perfume rather than a simple citrus blend.

Instructions
Add the essential oils, eucalyptus, and Coconut CO2 to a small 1 ml, 3 ml, or 5 ml blending bottle.
Cap the bottle and let the aroma meld for at least 24 hours.
After the blend has rested, transfer it to a clean 10 ml roller bottle.
Fill the rest of the roller bottle with your carrier oil of choice.
Insert the roller top, cap the bottle, and shake gently to combine.
Let the finished roller sit for another 24 hours before using so the scent can settle.
Apply sparingly to pulse points and enjoy as a personal perfume.

Safety Notes
This blend is approximately an 8% dilution, so it is intended for small-area use only as a perfume, not for full-body application. Apply lightly to pulse points rather than large areas of skin, and use extra care with eucalyptus because its aroma is strong and may be sensitizing for some people.
Patch test before regular use, especially if you have sensitive skin.
Do not apply to broken, irritated, or freshly shaved skin.
Avoid eyes, lips, and other mucous membranes.
Do not use internally.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Use caution around young children, pets, and anyone with breathing sensitivities because eucalyptus has a strong, penetrating aroma.
If pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition, consult a qualified professional before use.
Because some citrus oils can increase sun sensitivity, avoid direct UV exposure on the application area after use unless you have confirmed your specific oils are non-phototoxic and used within safe limits. Steam-distilled lime is generally preferred for leave-on blends because cold-pressed lime is considered phototoxic and has a low dilution rate.
Discontinue use if redness, itching, burning, headache, nausea, or irritation occurs.
